Masterpiece is a modern platform for discovering masterclasses. Our task was to redesign the outdated interface and create a fresh brand identity. The focus was on improving user experience with intuitive navigation, a modern aesthetic, and a user-centered approach.
The result is a seamless platform where users can easily explore, book, and enjoy creative workshops.

IBefore redesigning, we conducted an in-depth audit of the existing platform. This included analyzing user behavior, mapping pain points, and identifying growth opportunities. We also studied key competitors to understand industry benchmarks and trends. This thorough research formed the foundation for a redesign that is both user-centered and business-effective.

Analyzing the platform from a business perspective

To ensure the new Masterpiece platform met real user needs, we created detailed Customer Journey Maps (CJM). These highlighted major issues, such as unclear navigation, an inconvenient filtering system, the lack of tag-based categorization, and a long, complex user journey. Our goal was to simplify interactions, speed up product discovery, reduce cognitive overload, and deliver a smooth, user-friendly experience.

Redesigning the cart for a smoother, faster, and more intuitive transition to payment is crucial for enhancing the overall shopping experience. By streamlining the user interface, we can minimize distractions and provide a clear path to checkout.

By focusing on simplified design, real-time updates, progress indicators, guest checkout options, mobile optimization, multiple payment options, clear call-to-action buttons, we can create a cart experience that not only promotes faster transactions but also increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ultimately, a seamless transition to payment can significantly reduce cart abandonment rates and boost conversion.

We designed a personal account to prioritize user convenience and personalization. It provides quick accessto bookings, saved favorites, and includes features likea rewards widget to celebrate achievements.
This space enhances user experience, making it easier to manage activities and enjoy a tailored journey on the platform.

The new personalized seller account has advanced capabilities so that sellers can add and customize services, view all of their customers and rank them based on the task at hand. In addition, sellers can better manage their inventory, set customized pricing strategies, and receive real-time analytics to track their results. Overall, this enhanced personalized seller account allows users to take control of their business and succeed in a competitive marketplace.

A calendar has become available for the vendor so you can quickly navigate to upcoming events, add or edit existing events.

Personal account login

After the data is correctly entered, the button becomes active, allowing the user to proceed. This indicates that all required information is ready for submission. If essential data is missing, the button remains inactive, prompting the user to review and complete the form.

Adaptations
for different devices

The logo features a star with rounded corners, creating a friendly and modern look. We replaced the uppercase "M" with a lowercase "m" to emphasize accessibility and technological appeal. The star symbolizes the ideal result each learner strives for, reflecting self-improvement, much like in the works of Impressionists. The logo is simple, adaptive, and uses a bold, modern typeface that highlights the brand’s professionalism.

Branding

The palette combines soft pink and violet tones with a vibrant lime accent and monochrome elements. This mix feels fresh and inviting while emphasizing a modern, tech-savvy aesthetic.
The colors work in harmony, evoking creativity and balance, perfectly aligning with the brand’s character.

Physical branding includes 3D stickers, business cards, and tote bags, showcasing signature colors and graphics. These items reflect the brand’s warmth, minimalism, and modern sophistication, creating a playful yet professional identity that makes every interaction memorable.

Social Media

The social media design aligns with the brand’s identity, featuring signature colors, bold typography, and playful elements. Headlines are highlighted with a hand-drawn outline, adding a friendly and fresh touch to the visuals. This creates a warm and approachable atmosphere while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic.
